Stress and the Alexander Technique

Stress and the Alexander Technique

A tense body and a highly strung nervous system often go hand in hand, making it difficult to let go.

Alexander work can break the vicious circle by giving you a new experience of a relaxed body and a calm, quiet mind. Gradually you will learn how to bring this about on your own and how to avoid the build-up of stress during a busy day.

I find the Alexander Technique very helpful in my work. Things happen without you trying. They get to be light and relaxed. You must get an Alexander teacher to show it to you.
